Map
We audit both pools and build the expansion map: who's under-sold on which service, and what's recoverable from your CRM. The map is yours whether we continue or not.
A focused sprint to recover revenue from what your MSP already owns, your active client base, your dormant CRM, or both.
Most firms would pick one and sell it to everyone. The two pools behave differently, so we score both at intake and route accordingly.
| Track A: your active clients | Track B: your dormant CRM | Ref | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who it reaches | Clients paying you today | People who enquired but never signed | A·01 |
| Why it works | Existing trust, known environment | Sunk cost, expired objections | A·02 |
| Speed | Fastest, days to first conversation | Slower, response builds late | A·03 |
| What it needs | 40+ accounts, room in your stack | 500+ dormant records, 6 to 36 months old | A·04 |
When both qualify, Track A leads and Track B follows from day 21.
If neither clears the bar, we'll tell you and we won't take the engagement.

Tightly scoped outreach under your brand, through email and call workflows you approve. Nothing sends without your sign-off.
Only opportunities meeting the published rubric get counted. No padding.
The expansion map is the deliverable that survives the engagement. You keep it either way.

10 to 20 sales conversations across the 30 days. If nobody can, the Sprint won't work and we'll say so upfront.
No, and it's the part we're most careful about. Everything goes out under your brand, from your account manager, framed as a service review rather than a pitch. You approve every message. Accounts with open service issues are excluded.
You do. Your CRM, your domains, your ad accounts, your client relationships. Suppression lists sync back to your CRM at the end.
Not at the start. Ad spend only comes up once the system is in place and the Sprint has shown where your best opportunities actually are.
You keep the system and we waive or roll the second half of the fee. The threshold is agreed in writing before we begin.
No deck and no pitch. We look at account count, recurring share and CRM depth, then tell you which pool leads, or that neither does.
